Syd established LEAD Association Management, Inc. in 2015 and serves as President. With more than 25 years of experience in association management including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and developing communities, his expertise also includes budget forecasting for developing communities, established HOA’s architectural review of new construction, planning, and project management.
He has worked for various Houston home builders and held positions in Construction and Project Management. As a result of his experience in the construction industry, Syd is an authority on the Architectural Review of new custom and production construction on behalf of the Developer.
Syd is a member of the Community Associations Institute, Greater Houston Builders Association, as well as the Urban Land Institute.
Syd attended Abilene Christian University.
Laura Talley holds the title of Vice President for LEAD Association Management where she works along side her husband Syd Talley.
Laura has an extensive background in the association management industry and has worked with several residential and commercial associations in Houston and the surrounding area. As a native Houstonian, she began her career in association management in 1990 and has won several awards in customer service and as a Leader in the industry.
As Vice President, Laura is accountable for LEAD’s operational excellence. Laura’s years of experience with various organizations within the industry have all helped to contribute to LEAD Association Management’s successful operations strategy and the delivery of superior customer service.
Laura enjoys fitness, time with family, landscaping, fishing and giving back to the community.
Director, Business Operations
Ayesha has worked in association management since 2004, with skills ranging from client services to administration, and training and development. Her role is to ensure that all the business functions and systems necessary to deliver exceptional service to our clients are in place. Ayesha has additionally previously worked in sales and customer service in varied industries. She is a member of the Community Associations Institute, the Houston Organizational Development Network and the Association for Talent Development. She has a bachelor’s degree in general business from the University of Houston Downtown.
